Describe the bug
./configure --help shows

  --enable-cnl-iogroup    Enable the CNL IOGroup

which implies that CNLIOGroup is disabled by default.

Either that option should be removed or it should be replaced by a --disable-cnl-iogroup option.

CNLIOGroup has been enabled by default since de6ace5.
