Possible way to also delete Annotations after creating them?

Hi, I'm using this library in my on going project. Everything works pretty well even though this project is in the early stages. In my project I'll need to add and remove annotations after certain events. I can't wrap my head around it how I possibly could pull this off.

I haven’t looked in this cause I’m really overloaded at work recently, hopefully will get time over the weekend to dive deep in this again :)
