RTD doc update: Added supplemental guide for GC species properties

docs/source/geos-chem-shared-docs/supplemental-guides/species-guide.rst - Added shared guide about species properties included in the GEOS-Chem Species Database (and how to access these properties within GEOS-Chem code).
