This is a minor point but worth recording.

Using https://github.com/yantosca/aws-env might be a good option.

We could consider adding aws-env as a sub-folder of the geos-chem-cloud repo.

But then again, people typically have their own favorite settings, so we could keep aws-env separate. Then people could take it and modify it as they wish.
