See issue: geoschem/HEMCO#5. The fix will need to be made in both the GEOS-Chem and HEMCO repositories.

Also pushed followup commits 5aab0e2 and geoschem/HEMCO@f13c13d. These fix a bug for the 2 x 2.5 HEMCO standalone simulations.
