A build from the organization repositories should be automatically uploaded to market

The idea is that every time a new build from the official repositories is generated, it is automatically uploaded to the Android Market. We can use linux inotify to get notifications of new builds, so that the uploader process is totally independant of the builder process. Some mechanize library can then be used to navigate the upload market page.

Besides the technical questions, it's still unknown whether this is acceptable from google point of view. Please comment if you know why it is or it is not allowed.
