I think this does not make sense without releasing it straight to testflight #409

@bonomat do you want to combine the tickets? In my point of view building and releasing the app are different tasks. I guess this one is rather blocking #409 and not the other way around?

I would put this on hold as it turns out to be not so easy to get the certificates and keys to CI.
For now I will have to publish the releases manually.
