It would be awesome to build in dist folder and publish only served files in gh-pages. I would like to avoid complicated build processes (like add gulp to move files around), but for start it will suffice.

Fixed in master. After some design and mobile version tuning CDN will be switched to http://getbem.surge.sh/.
