$ spr --version
spr 1.3.4
$ spr diff
  🛑  an unknown git error occurred

Anything I can do to get more information?

I encountered this too. spr diff can create a new PR given a new commit. But after amending it and try to use spr diff to update the PR, I am getting the following.

> spr diff
  🛑  an unknown git error occurred; code=NotFound (-3)

Any idea how to debug this?
