Supporting tags in multiple lines in Intellij plugin.

When the last tag is end up with comma then the new line can be highlighted. So that We will know the next line will be considered as tags instead of description.
When the last tag end up with comma and the next line start with scenario tags (## tags) then should show error icon in the specs or simply ignore the comma.
