Use lets encrypt for gauge.org certificates.
auto update the lets encrypt certificates using github action

Setting up a renewal process for Let's encrypt is going to be tough as there are a lot servers which use this domain.

In the long term we will try to move everything to Netlify and use Netlify's automatic renewal. Closing this as Netlify will take care of this.
