Hello,

I'm new to Grav but it seems to be an issue with the page blueprints on a fresh install
In the documentation you mention in the "Where to put the Page Blueprints" section

In the User Blueprints folder
Put them in user/blueprints/. This is a good place to put them when you simply want your blueprints to be present in your site.

In the Theme
Put them in user/themes/YOURTHEME/blueprints/. This is best when you also intend to distribute your theme: the theme will provide the page blueprints and it will be easier to use.

My page Blueprint is taken into account when put in user/themes/YOURTHEME/blueprints/mytype.yml but isn't when put in user/blueprints/mytype.yml.

In user page blueprints are in a subfolder. Themes is the exception for historical reasons.
