Fresh install, first setup and I can't say I'm particularly impressed since it dose not work..
Also lets skip:
Have you tried reentering the API Key? Yes, at least 20 times.
Have you read all other posts here regarding the same issue? Yes many of them.
Just run it as root! No I'll not.
Give it docker.sock access then? No. But why? Here is why.
