[Feature] Read only parameter on Dashboard

it would be great if one could configure specific parameters to be read-only for view only users.

Hi @Slind14, did you see this pr: #2011. It's created 2 hours before you submit this feature request. Is this the thing you want to be developed?

I was thinking about setting a specific parameter for a dashboard which would limit the queries. E.g. the user id, this way the user could only access his/her own records.
