Refreshed widgets with global parameter are not refreshed in public access page

I have a dashboard with bunch of widgets in it, and some of them depend on a global parameter(I'm using a drop down list for it). After I refreshed all of widgets in developer mode, the public access page cannot show the refreshed data for all widgets that depend on the global parameter, and the timestamp of refreshing was also wrong in these widgets in public access page.

Public dashboards don't support parameters.
