ConnectionError: Error 99 connecting to localhost:6379. Cannot assign requested address #3

For those still facing the same issue, you need to add the host to environment file /opt/redash/env
For example:
REDASH_REDIS_URL=redis://ubuntu_redis_1:6379/0

Similarly you might as well face issue for postgres.
