Opening links in apps instead of new windows?

Hi, I used to use Station a lot and am getting back to it. I'm all signed in to Google Drive, Slack, etc., but when I try to open a Google Doc it takes me to a new window instead of the Google Drive app in Station. This is pretty critical functionality for me, and I thought it used to work seamlessly. I've combed the settings and your help docs. Is there some way to avoid opening links in new windows when the app is installed in the dock? Thanks.
