According project readme, It seems like I need first set ML_LOGGER_ROOT to let logger run. However, I didn't see a tutorial about what to fill. Should I start a server locally and how to start it?

I want write and see the log from my local filesystem, just like tensorboard --log_dir=xxx. Which command should I use to do the similar thing with ml_logger?
