Scroll on load not working #15

When there is a # in the URL on page load, we expect the navigation to jump to that position.

On that page, since #Security appears in the URL, it should jump down to the Security section.

Tested in:

  • Safari
  • Firefox
  • Chrome

This should now be fixed in the v1.3.0 release!
