configure strange behavior #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do not install vlc, libsigsegv-devel and libbinutils-devel
2. unpack sources
3. launch ./configure

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Following directives found into the INSTALL page, the configure process should
stop with error due to missing dependencies.
Currently the configure proccess ends succesfully with two not-blocking errors
about sigsegv.h and bfd.h (as shown into the attacched output)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ardesia-0.9 on Mageia 1 (stable) and 2 (development)

Please provide any additional information below.
I can compile and make ardesia succesfully even if these dependencies are
missing. I would want to know how I can handle this behavior.

The step to reproduce the problem is avoid to read and follow the install file
and then this issue will tagged as invalid.

Vlc,libsigsegv-devel and libbinutils-devel are optional this is the rationale
about the build success. I'll write the next INSTALL in a better way the next
time. Thanks to put in evidence a not clear point

The vlc is not now a build time dependency but a runtime one's.

The bug is valid and close in the subversion trunk repository
