GGML_MAX_NAME is too small.

GGML_MAX_NAME is small in sometime. For example, a name in stable-diffusion safetensors is 'model.diffusion_model.input_blocks.2.1.transformer_blocks.0.attn2.to_q.weight' , and I want to load the safetensors file as ggml tensor
with it's original name. But the name length is more than GGML_MAX_NAME(64). Will GGML_MAX_NAME can be updated to 128 ?
