Clarify that genome details are facultative

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Genome details are required when generating an iFISH database, which is cumbersome for scenarios where the database is designed for a transcriptome or other subset regions, or when no reference is available on UCSC or other DAS services.

Describe the solution you'd like
Clarify that the --no-net option can be used to skip any online check (e.g., reference) and that the reference is used to query the DAS server only when the database is generated without including the sequences.

Even better, drop the option of a sequence-less database and remove any network-related check.
