Error when generating AST of large files #17

Hi,

When I try to generate AST for large files, PROGEX give me the following error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at java.base/java.lang.StringBuilder.(StringBuilder.java:124)
I have increased the memory. But still getting the error.
