any documentation on how to get started with this engine??

for one, it'd be nice to get it on rubygems...

at the very least, something like the following would have helped me out greatly:

Install the gem:

add the following to your gemfile

gem 'refinerycms-bootstrap', :git => 'git://github.com/ghoppe/refinerycms-bootstrap.git', :branch => '2-0-stable'

remember to include the bootstrap css somewhere as well

for example

in a separate bootstrap_and_overrides.css.scss file

@import "bootstrap";
@import "bootstrap-responsive";
