Resizing the Main Window does not work

Describe the bug

Resizing the main window manually does not work

Steps to reproduce the bug

In the main window set "WindowState" attribute to "Maximized"
run application
click button Restore and then Try resizing the window with the mouse... it's not possible

Expected behavior

It should be possible to change the size with the mouse
