Add graphics/qgis-ltr and graphics/qgis to GhostBSD binary packages for installation to GhostBSD. Already exists in FreeBSD

Describe the feature or enhancement

Please place QGIS & QGIS-LTR into GhostBSD supported binary packages
QGIS is at 3.28.7 version number
QGIS-LTR is at 3.22 version number

Why this request?

S P uses QGIS software in his daily work and wishes to use QGIS on his home GhostBSD computer

also development manager view URL link is not working https://github.com/orgs/ghostbsd/projects/4/views/12
