Make hyperref mandatory (i.e. remove option nohyperref)

@koppor what do you think about removing the option nohyperref to suppress loading the package hyperref? IMHO there is no need to have that option as hyperref is one of the most established packages around. Moreover keeping the option makes maintaining the class file more difficult.

BTW: For v2.0 I would like to remove even more options.

+1 for always having hyperref.

If possible, we should have a quick info about the hook system of LaTeX if someone wants to load another package before hyperref. (Alternative would be to rely on pkgloader, which is not that well maintained)
