Wrong calculation in DeobfuscatorHelper_getString.

In this example, len(chunks) is 1 and char_index is 56205. The result should be 0 but it's 6.

chunk = chunks[int(char_index / MAX_CHUNK_LENGTH)]
IndexError: list index out of range
