iterator doesn't work at all. It always prompts: OSError: [WinError 0] 操作成功完成。: '(originated from OpenProcess)'

It can also be used in version 5.6.7. Later versions are exceptions. Because it is an exception thrown by the iterator, once caught, it cannot continue to be executed, which is very unfriendly

This or similar issue was already fixed once - see #1877 .
However it still happens on some Windows systems with psutil 5.8.0 ( see also #1937 ).
It needs to be verified once the next version (with #1887 and #1904) is released.
