...something which runs make coverage on every push and displays the percent coverage, possibly showing it as a badge icon in README.rst. https://coveralls.io/repos looks like a good candidate as apparently it can be easily integrated with travis-ci which we're already using: http://levibostian.com/python-code-coverage-and-coveralls-io/
