procps-ng 3.3.10 changed the output format of free and removed the 'buffers/cache' line. Update the tests which use free to be compatible with this new version and for buffers/cache tests use vmstat. References: giampaolo#538

This PR resolves most of the tests related to free's new output format introduced in 3.3.10.
I've used vmstat for the removed buffers/cached functionality from free.
There are still two tests which are failing, test_swapmem_free and test_vmem_cached.
