Provide explanatory links in the documentation

The doc hosted at: 
https://code.google.com/p/psutil/wiki/Documentation ...should link to 
pages which explains the various terms appearing when we explain what a certain class of function does.

Some examples:

- pid
- UTC
- RSS
- VMS
- all cpu times: user, system, idle, nice, iowait, irq, softirq

For simplicity, whenever possible I would recommend linking to wikipedia rather than some other too technical resources.
