I propose to improve command help strings by providing command's syntax
other than just its description (e.g. 'APPE' : "Syntax APPE <SP> file-name
(append data to an existent file)").
A lot of other ftpd implementations does that and it would be reasonable
having pyftpdlib doing the same.
