[Request] Search bar on Scene Release tab to be visible when snapped to side.

Currently when snapping the program to the side of the monitor (to have a 2nd program or window open) the search bar is visible on both the Local files and e-Shop files tab. The search tab is not currently visible when on the Scene releases tab unless the window is full screen.
