Detect and do something with duplicates

I unfortunately have many duplicates I am trying to sort through.
As it currently is duplicates are not listed or done anything with so once I do a set I need to remove the list do another set to double check.

As such some files get completely missed getting scanned in (noticed it with some xci's) until I do the second or 3rd set of unscanned files and moving properly named to another folder and clearing the list.

It would be good if duplicates could be crc checked and you could name them move them to a duplicate folder (its how CRC EVO on 3DS etc work) and also if the scanning for new files even in was a little better.
