MappingException: cannot determine runtime type of destination collection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running the attached test case using orika version 1.1.6, then running using 
version 1.1.7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not to throw "MappingException: cannot determine runtime type of destination 
collection" on classes with generic types.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
orika 1.1.7, Ubuntu 11.10, Sun JDK 7
