I'd like to execute my own code in case of recovery and the code from the readme would be perfect. Unfortunately there no release with it yet. Why?

What about writing your own middleware for recovering panics and use it instead of the default RecoveryMiddleware? I think that's doable.

I did so of course. But since the one in the repo was commited a month ago already I was wondering about a new release.
