Create a plugin which supports the inclusion of accounts on any StackExchange sites (stackoverflow.com, bicycles.stackexchange.com...) to track that account's questions and answers.

I'm diving into this now!

StackExchange API v2 was just announced, and it features user authentication! Rejoice, for thine plugin is nigh!
