label position in bar chart

Hi,

can the label be positioned on top of the bar? i looked into the options and i only found a Y offset.
any practice to share ?

What I did was adding an extra align option 'centertop'. I've added a zip with the changed js and an example with some code. It's extracted from a much larger file so the example will not work on it's own. Hope this helps (someone at least, since quit some time has passed since the question was asked).
