PHP Humanizer is about to bump to 2.0, which will provide a PHP 7.0 solution. See coduo/php-humanizer#69 |
and continue to have php 7 in the build matrix
Allow failures for php 7

Still waiting on what is discussed in #5, the Humanizr package is still not PHP 7 ready. |
