• Explain all checks:

  • CPS RSD should be below 10/30
  • CPS_perc_check is checking whether the difference among replicates is higher that 5%
  • conc_sd_perc is checking whether the standard deviation between replicates is higher than 15% (CHECK) and 30% (DISCARD) of the original concentration mean
  • cal_curve_check is checking whether the concentration values fall within the calibration curve

• Clarify how to use the automatic selection and how to load the check file

• Clarify how to format the input sample name
