I am Subhajit, a PhD student at IIIT Hyderabad. I am working with Prof. Kishore and Prof. Dip Sankar on dynamic graph algorithms. We wrote a IPDPS workshop paper in 2022 comparing our Levelwise PageRank with HyPR on both CPU and GPU (an Intel machine with V100 GPU). I am preparing my thesis proposal and need to update the system used to a more recent one that was purchased at IIT Jodhpur, a DGX Station A100 which has an AMD EPYC CPU. Could you help me with running CPU-only version HyPR (to compare with our CPU-only version) on a batch update. I generate random batch updates consisting of equal mix of edge deletions and insertions, where the probability of selection of an endpoint is proportional to its degree.
