应该是你启动的路径问题吧，可以启动anaconda prompt ，输入jupyter notebook --generate-config，
此时会显示配置文件的路径，找到jupyter_notebook_config.py这个文件，修改c.NotebookApp.notebook_dir =为自己的缩放目录的那个路径就行了
