Hello, I currently have data with two types of samples. I need to run group mode on the CIBERSORTx official website for these two
types of files. After dividing them into two files, one file can run group mode and the other file cannot run group mode. I have been reporting errors all the time, but the extraction process is the same. I have checked the file format, column name, line name, and so on.
