Add a bar of shortcuts to apply filter on data

Description of the current behavior

Currently we can filter data using the widgets declared in the analytics board

Description of the desired behavior

As an ARLAS user
I want to be able to have access to some widgets shortcuts
In order to be able to filter my data quickly without having to look for the adequat widget in the analytics board

• display all shortcut in the top bar
• if shortcuts can't be fully displayed on the bar then a new button is added at the end 'More filters'
• More filtre button displays/hides a vertical list of the remaining shorcuts
