Description of the current behavior

Menu is on the left and contains many actions

Description of the desired behavior

Add a menu bar at the top of the app and should contains :

  • on the right
    • login button & help button
    • application title
  • on the left
    • search bar
    • filters bar

The top bar will be used in all the applications (wui, builder, hub) :

  • the right part is fixed
  • the left part must be configurable to match the needs of the targeted application
