Description of the current behavior

None

Description of the desired behavior

  • a button 'Create permission from filter' appears if the user is owner on the current organization (IAM endpoint _users/{id})
  • take into account the main collection + the current organization.
  • on click; a pop-up: describe this permission appears
  • create the permission: h:partition
  • when I click on ok; I wait for the endpoint to return. if error: display iam; close button
