The default basemap is not taken into account

Description of the bug

• I configure a default basemap in the builder
• I go to arlas exploration for that dashboard: the first basemap of the list of basemaps is automatically selected (displayed on the map) instead of the default one.

What was the error message shown?

The error is that the wrong basemap is displayed on the map

Steps to reproduce

• I configure a default basemap in the builder
• I go to arlas exploration for that dashboard: the first basemap of the list of basemaps is automatically selected (displayed on the map) instead of the default one.
• then, I select again the basemap that I should have seen, I copy the link and open in another tab, the wrong basemap is displayed

If the issue was noticed in the demo workspace, please specify the collection and the field. Otherwise, please link the 2 ARLAS config files.
