Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:~ondrej/ubuntu/php' 的解决办法 #47

出现的原因
腾讯云服务器在添加PPA的时候，命令如下：

sudo LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php

因为本地虚拟机测试该命令无问题，所以判断是腾讯云出现的问题，提交了工单，反馈是服务器和该源的连通率较差，建议更换IP
解决方式
最终还是通过更换IP解决了，具体操作见这里，换完之后再执行，不行就再换，可麻烦
