Directly set a percentage for a specific language in a .gitattributes file. #204

Is there a particular attribute that does this? As far as I know, this is not possible. As far as I understand it, github-linguist parses .gitattributes, which can include attributes that override the detected languages for matched files. But, I don't think it is possible to manually specify a percentage
